Next year, one of the most talked-about women in America will release her life story in her own words: Caitlyn Jenner's memoir The Secrets of My Life is due to be released on April 25, 2017, and it's definitely one to add to your reading list for the coming year.
Caitlyn Jenner — an Olympic gold medalist, a father, a reality television star, and the most famous transgender women in America — promises to candidly discuss how she overcame the challenges of transitioning at age 60 and how she dealt with the media attention she received after publicly announcing the news. Jenner has spent much of her life on the public stage — as a world-class athlete, and as the star of multiple reality TV shows, including I Am Cait — so when she promises "secrets," it's hard not to be curious. According to The New York Times , this book is going to cover it all, including Jenner's first two marriages, her relationship with her children, and her marriage with ex-wife Kris Jenner.
The memoir, published by Grand Central Publishing, will be co-authored by Buzz Bissinger, a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist and author best known for his nonfiction work, Friday Night Lights , which was later adapted for film and television. Bissinger also wrote the famous June 2015 Vanity Fair article that announced Jenner's transition.
The Secrets Of My Life is already available for pre-order now, and will be released on April 25, 2017.
