Kenya's Relationship Has Been A Roller Coaster

The most dramatic cast member of Real Housewives of Atlanta is undeniably Kenya Moore, especially now that original Atlanta queen Nene Leakes is no longer on the show. And while almost everything she does makes for an eventful episode of RHOA, her relationships have been a particular source of drama, making me question whether Kenya and Matt Jordan are still together. The answer is kind of complicated, because Kenya's relationship status has changed a lot over the past year — and already this season on Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Despite their apparent breakup after a trip to Mexico, it doesn't seem that Kenya and Matt's relationship is over just yet, because it looks like upcoming episodes of RHOA Season 8 will be devoted to Matt reappearing in Kenya's life. The couple has also been seen spending time together since the trip to Mexico, during which Kenya claimed that Matt broke into her hotel room, though he denied that's what happened in an Instagram post that was later deleted, according to All About The Tea. The two appeared together at a RHOA event earlier this month, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and in an October interview with The Real, which you can watch below, she happily discussed their relationship.

Kenya also opened up to Entertainment Tonight about the fact that her parenthood plans are currently on hold. "It will happen. I would obviously want to have a baby with someone I’m in love with, and when some of that behavior showed up … in the relationship, I just felt like I needed to take a pause and really reevaluate whether or not I want to continue to go down that road with my current partner," she told ET earlier this November.

Though they had broken up in the RHOA premiere, the rest of the season should describe how Kenya and Matt decided to give it another shot, because right now, I don't think simply sending over some flowers and balloons congratulating Kenya on her housewarming part and bearing corny "I love you" messages will be enough, especially since over the summer, the two traded barbs on Instagram and TMZ about their breakup and who was at fault.

Kenya loves to tease her audience — think of how many times she's kept fans hooked with hints about a mystery boyfriend, or suggested that she might be pregnant. So while it seems that she's back in a relationship with Matt, I think we'll see a lot of drama unfold on RHOA Season 8 as things progress between them.
