If there's anyone who knows a thing or two about being naturally stunning, it's Zoe Saldana. So it makes sense that Saldana is officially the new face of L'Oréal Paris. The Avatar and Star Trek actress was reportedly chosen for the job because of her "feline beauty" and outspoken confidence.
In a recent interview with InStyle , Saldana talked about feeling beautiful and content in her own skin.
"I never wanted to have any other skin but my own, any other hair but my own," Saldana said. "Women who spend so much of their lives wanting to have something else miss out on what they do have."
With such a wonderful and strong point of view when it comes to women's beauty, we're all pretty pleased that Saldana is heading up the newest L'Oréal Paris campaign, which will include both print and television ads. Past faces of L'Oréal include Friedo Pinto, Beyoncé, and Julianne Moore.
Saldana told E! what the campaign means to her as a woman:
As a L'Oréal Paris spokesperson, being able to say, 'We're worth it,' means so much to me," she said. "I want to share that value with women so they can embrace it and execute life with confidence. I am thrilled to join this beauty journey with such an inspirational brand.
While details of the collaboration aren't completely clear yet, statements like that make it sound like Saldana is already filling the role of L'Oreal spokesperson pretty darn well.
