9 Anthony Weiner Memes About Clinton's Emails
Is it really surprising that Anthony Weiner has managed to worm his way back into the news cycle just 11 days before the election? No, it is not. This has been a thoroughly disgusting election cycle, so why not end it with some Weiner news? On Friday, FBI director James Comey announced that the bureau has found additional emails from Hillary Clinton's server on a device used by Weiner and his former partner, top Clinton aide Huma Abedin, and is now investigating them. It's simply the logical conclusion of this horrible election, and we're going to need some top-notch Weiner memes to get us through it.
The New York Times reported that the FBI found the emails as it was investigating Weiner's alleged communications with a 15-year-old girl. It's unclear what exactly the emails contain or who they're from; although Comey said that they were from Clinton's server, that does not necessarily mean they were sent by her. The FBI is now seeking to “determine whether they contain classified information, as well as to assess their importance to our investigation," according to Comey.
These nine Weiner memes about Clinton's emails add a laughable twist to the whole situation:
The Urkel Angle
This has already been a 1990s throwback election. Why not bring Steve Urkel into it?
Weiner As A Horror Movie Villain
No matter when the news cycle is or what it's about, Weiner is lurking around the corner, just waiting to become relevant again.
The Inevitable Donald Trump Response
Trump has often called Weiner a "pervert," a classic example of the phenomenon psychologists refer to as "projection." He'll probably start doing this again within the next couple of minutes.
Two Terrible Stories For The Price Of One
The only thing that could make this worse is if somehow Martin Shkreli became part of the equation.
Still Not As Good As Netflix
As annoying as all of this is, it would be flat-out boring if it happened in House of Cards. So, there's that.
The Obligatory Stranger Things Meme
'Cause that's how it works in #2016.
A Healthy Dose Of Perspective
Yup.
Clash Of The New Yorkers
Don't worry, Dan — Rudy Giuliani will most definitely weigh in on this, even if nobody asks him to.
The Nightmare Scenario
A truly horrifying prospect, but sadly, not an altogether unlikely one.
This is just another example of how this bizarre election isn't slowing down any time soon.
