Twitter Is In Disbelief Over Drake & T. Swift

Guys, I really don't know anymore. While it's kind of my job to keep up with the celebrity happenings, even I can't foresee certain things. Case in point, there is speculation that Drake and Taylor Swift are dating. While a lot of people are surprised by this rumor, there are also a ton of people who aren't taken aback by the pairing at all — in fact, they think it is all part of a bigger plan. And those who are perplexed, seem to suspect something is going on beneath the surface.

Basically, no one is taking this rumor at face value and it's either proof the internet is a lot smarter than people give it credit for, or proof that we're all so jaded by PR teams and celebs trying to bamboozle us that we're all just extremely skeptical of everything. Whatever, it's warranted. Fool me once, you know?

This is not to say I don't love both Tay and Drake — I'm probably one of the biggest fans of both of them. It's just that I can't ignore piling up evidence and the internet, specifically Twitter, is really making a case.

Here are nine people who think they have the motivation for and behind Drake and Swift's potential relationship on lock:

To be fair, I wouldn't call what T. Swift and Drake do in their songs "dragging" exactly.

Moral of the story? You can't fool the internet, you crazy kids. But, you can buy us with really good, melodramatic new music. So, you know, get on that.
