15 Beauty Products Every Disney Fan Needs

by Zoe Weiner

When I was little, all I wanted was to be a Disney Princess — to have hair like Ariel, outfits like Jasmine, and a cute Prince Charming boyfriend like Cinderella (I know, not the most feminist childhood goals to have, but they were mine nonetheless). While that ship has sadly sailed, and I became a writer instead of the ruler of a kingdom, I still love to play dress up with Disney beauty products.

Thankfully for me, and for anyone else who grew up with Disney and continues to be obsessed, Disney is proving more and more that it's not just for kids. Between an accessories collaboration with Coach, a major fashion week party with NYLON magazine, and numerous makeup capsule collections, the iconic brand is becoming more and more of a staple in our every day lives. These days, us grown-ups can officially be heroes, fairy princesses, or villains too, and our parents can't yell at us for stealing their makeup to try and do it.

Sadly, a lot of Disney beauty products come in capsule collections, and sell out as quickly as you can say "Bippity, Boppity, Boo." But these 15 Disney inspired beauty products are on sale now, and will make you want to pull a Peter Pan and never grow up.

1. An Alice In Wonderland Palette

Urban Decay Alice Through The Looking Glass Palette, $60, S ephora

Trying to figure out which combo to use from this palette may make you late for a very important date, but at least you'll look stunning when you get there!

2. Cinderella Compact

Cinderella Compact Mirror, $58, Amazon

Finally, a Cinderella-inspired piece of glass that won't disappear when the clock strikes midnight.

3. Minnie Mouse Lipgloss

Disney Minnie Beauty: Minnie-ature Cream Lip Stain Set , $13, Sephora

Minnie was the OG Disney beauty queen, and has been teetering on the same stilettos for the last 90 years, so safe to say she's pretty much the authority on Disney glam.

4. Jasmine Perfume

Jasmine Eau de Parfum, $11, F ragrance Net

IMHO, Jasmine is hands down the most badass of the Disney Princesses: She was wearing crop tops long before it was trendy, and had a pet tiger. I can't promise that her Eau de Parfum will help get you a guy like Aladdin, but it will look really cute on your vanity. And that's all that really matters, anyway.

5. Princess Lip Balm

Disney Princess Flavored Lip Balm Set, $8, Disney Store

OK, this one is technically meant for kids, but they totally take us back to our vintage lip smackers days when we were watching The Little Mermaid, Sleeping Beauty and Snow White for the first time on VHS.

6. Ariel Eyeshadow

Dare To Dream Ariel Eyeshadow Quad, $6, Amazon

Look at this stuff! Isn't it neat?! (Seriously, though... this eyeshadow rocks).

7. Jasmine Nail Polish

E.L.F. Disney Jasmine Nail Polish, $16, Amazon

Go for an Aladdin-inspired manicure, then prepare to have "A Whole New World" stuck in your head for at least a week.

7. Cinderella Eye Palette

Cinderella Collection By Sephora Storybook Eyeshadow Palette, $47, Amazon

"Pumpkin Coach" is the fairytale version of "Pumpkin Spice," so it's basically a must have for fall.

8. Rapunzel Lipgloss

Beautifully Disney Spellbreaker Lipgloss, $15, Walmart

What goes with floor-to-ceiling length hair better than glossy princess-pink lips?

9. Maleficent Beauty Powder

MAC Disney Maleficent Beauty Powder, $40, Walmart

Disney villains may get a bad rap, but some of them are seriously chic. After all, Angelina Jolie never agreed to play any of the princesses.

10. Disney Princess Makeup Bag

Princess Makeup Bag, $4, Torrid

Obviously, you'll need something to hold all of your Disney products, and the glammed up versions of the princesses on this bag will give you some serious makeup inspiration.

11. Elsa Lipgloss

E.L.F. Disney Elsa Super Glossy Lip Shine, $10, Amazon

A little snowflake sparkle is a necessary addition to your winter beauty look.

12. Pocahontas Luminizer

Disney Dare To Dream Pocahontas Retractable Luminizer, $20, Amazon

Just in case painting with all the colors of the wind wasn't enough, you can now paint your cheeks with a Pocahontas Luminizer, too. Sadly, it does not come with adorable talking animal friends.

13. Tinkerbell Lashes

Forever Tink Lashes, $15, Amazon

House of Lashes Tinkerbell collection comes in three different styles, so you have three different ways to look like a fairy princess.

14. Little Mermaid Brushes

Little Mermaid Ariel Cosmetics Makeup Brushes, $12, Hot Topic

If you're going to go all out with the Disney makeup, you're going to need something on-theme to apply it with. You can pull an Ariel and try to brush your hair with the eyebrow comb, though I wouldn't recommend it.

15. Red Queen Nail Polish

OPI Alice Through The Looking Glass Mini Nail Lacquers, $10, Walmart

With names like "Gown For Anything" and "Oh My Majesty," these Alice In Wonderland inspired nail colors will have you feeling like the #queen you truly are.
