Dusty Rose Levine Is Absolutely Adorable
Dusty Rose Levine was born only a few days ago, and now, we finally get to meet her — via social media, that is. On Friday evening, Behati Prinsloo and Adam Levine shared a photo of their newborn on both of their Instagram accounts, and trust me, it was totally adorable. The black-and-white picture of little Dusty Rose atop a shirtless and tatted Levine is a fitting introduction, given the type of coolness the couple exudes. You know, the type that would post artsy, monochrome photos of their newborn. The Maroon 5 lead singer captioned the portrait "Dusty Rose Levine 9/21/16," while Prinsloo went a little more sentimental with, “Words can’t describe Dusty Rose Levine 9/21/16."
The couple wed in 2014, and have been keeping fans updated throughout the pregnancy. They first nonchalantly announced that Dusty Rose was en route back in April, by way of Levine's Instagram account. He posted a photo of Prinsloo in a bikini, showing off her growing bump, and captioned it, "My two favorite Lakers fans." It's a little early to tell whether or not Dusty Rose will be into basketball, but you know, cute anyway.
Here's the adorable pic of Dusty Rose and her dad. And no, the fact that Dusty Rose's head is perfectly positioned right by Levine's rose tattoo is not lost on me.
Although Dusty Rose is the couple's first child, it looks like she probably won't be the last. In 2014, Levine talked about how many kids he wanted in an interview with Ryan Seacrest, and according to Us Weekly, he said, "I want to have 100 kids. I want to have more kids than is socially responsible." Prinsloo then told The Lowdown last year, "I’ve always wanted a family since I was a little girl, a big family. I’m an only child so I wanted like 10 kids... for sure."
So, either 100 or 10 kids. Either way, it appears they won't be slowing down any time soon, so Dusty Rose better prepare herself for a lot of siblings. And we better prepare ourselves for a lot more baby pics like this one, which doesn't sound like a bad thing at all.
