Take a seat, wigs! Kylie Jenner is known for rocking wigs. However, Kylie Jenner has officially gone blonde. This time, it's not a wig. Jenner has been blonde before, but now it's legit. From her chic, head-hugging bobs to mega long tumbles of waves, Jenner often relies on wigs to change up her look on a near-daily basis. Wigs are a safe, fun, and non-committal way for the teen to swap the color and shape of her strands. If all of her hair changes were not the work of wigs, processing and extensions would stress and destroy her natural follicles. But she has finally gone blonde for realz.
The proof? Jenner documented the entire process on her ever-busy Snapchat, complete with face filters and all. She spent an entire day making the change from black to blonde. We've yet to see the final, finished look. But Jenner invited us to ride sidecar as she made this major switch.
Also, Jenner appears to have taken inspo from her eldest sister with her new, platinum blonde 'do, as well. Last week, Jenner posted a "vintage" photo of Kourtney Kardashian with shoulder-skimming, bright blonde hair on Instagram. She captioned it "VIBES." So the logical leap here is that Kourt's '90s blonde look inspired Jenner to swap out her usual, natural shade.
I am certainly not used to seeing Kourtney Kardashian as a blonde. She has always slayed her long, straight, black strands. Kim K. often goes blonde and Khloe Kardashian has spent much of 2015 and 2016 with blonde locks. But they don't seem to be Jenner's source material for going blonde.

Going from pitch black to bleach blonde is certainly a process. It's not a shock that it took all day.
Bleach certainly does do a number on the scalp. But the results? Those are likely worth it.
