She's baaack! Beyonce's daughter Blue Ivy appeared at the 2016 VMAs and she was in total fairy princess mode. It marked the four-year-old's return to the VMAs. Remember when Blue Ivy presented her mother with the Video Vanguard Award onstage, wearing a girlish, champagne-colored dress, back in 2014? It was an adorbs moment. Also, Beyonce revealed that she was pregnant with Blue at the 2011 ceremony, cradling her baby bump while performing and while wearing a gorgeous, draped orange dress on the red carpet. Even though she was in utero at one of the ceremonies, Blue is pretty much a VMAs vet and she's only single-digits in age.
Blue was once again right by her mommy's fabulous 'n' feathered side at the 2016 VMAs ceremony, looking every inch the fairy princess. Blue wore a sleeveless, rose gold and beige dress with a bedazzled top and a tiered, tulle train that was short in the front and long in the back. It was quite the fashion-forward mullet hem, and Blue worked it on a whole other level.
Her hair was fashioned into two braids that sat on her shoulders with a headband on top. It was the perfect dose of added glam and offset her matching kicks! Girl sure knows how to accessorize, just like her CFDA Fashion Icon Award-winning mother!
Beyonce's best accessory was her baby girl. Bey also wore an ethereal, fluttery, and ice blue confection of a dress. Bey and Blue's dresses had similar fabrics and aesthetics. Those sneakers, though.
Yeah, they slayed. They were the best-dressed duo of the 2016 VMAs. Don't even try and argue with me on that one! That train was flaw to the less.
