All The Deets On Nordstrom's Labor Day Deals

Labor Day is coming, and with it barbecues, the end of white jeans, and last but not least... sales. Lots and lots of sales. So, how about your favorite department store? Will Nordstrom have a 2016 Labor Day sale? They did, after all, just wrap up their Anniversary sale — so is it already time to score some major deals again?

In short, no: Nordstrom will not be having any sort of special Labor Day sale event this year, the brand's PR team tells Bustle via email. The store is known for their amazing sales — and you can't really beat their return policy or their free shipping. However, they did just wrap up a huge event with the Anniversary Sale, so it makes sense that they might not be putting together more promotions for the holiday.

That said, they'll still have their standard markdowns — if you're familiar with the store, you know you can always find at least one rack of clothing on sale in most of their departments. Plus, the Nordstrom Rack, or and flash sale site Hautelook are well-worth looking into if you're searching for a bargain. You can pretty much rest assured that you can find some amazing deals over there if you're a fan of Nordstrom's merchandise. Their stock may be from past seasons, but you'll still be able to find a lot of your favorite brands.

Most other stores will be having major markdowns. Some will go storewide, while others will have steep discounts on sale items — either way, you can count on some major savings.

And even if you're not feeling a trip to the mall? Most stores will also have online Labor Day sales, so you don't even have to leave the house if you don't feel like it. Suffice it to say, even if some retailers won't be joining the festivities, there are still plenty of others invited to the party — and it's going to be a good one.
