The season may be coming to a close, but the problems of our favorite Rosewood residents are looking grimmer than ever. In fact, it's entirely possible at this point that a Liar could die in the Pretty Little Liars Season 7A finale and leave fans more devastated than they ever have been before. The official synopsis for the finale episode titled "The Darkest Knight," reveals that "The Liars face off with their enemies in a chaotic fight that ends fatally." Naturally, the description doesn't go so far as to say who the fatality will be, but given the new promo that's just been released, viewers could end up saying goodbye to one of the show's core members.
Hanna may have gotten the upper hand on Noel Kahn at the end of this week's episode, but his restraints won't be able to keep him at bay for long. In the clip, we see the Liars struggle to escape from yet another house of horrors, this time being led by Noel and Jenna, the latter of which has a gun. And in the final few moments, we hear Spencer's force ring out, screaming, "What did you do?" But who did what and, more importantly, who did they do it? Those two questions will only be able to be solved at the end of the hour.
The good news is that this probably means that Spencer is safe, otherwise, she'd be in no condition to talk or ask questions. But that still leaves Emily, Hanna, Aria, and Alison's fates up in the air, which is not exactly reassuring. It's hard to imagine this show killing off any of the main core cast members, but now that we're seven seasons in, anything could happen. This finale could prove to be the biggest cliffhanger yet and fully propel us into what could very well be the series' finale season. I just hope that one of the Liars won't have to pay the price to make it happen. Is it too soon to start panicking?
