'RHOBH's Brandi Glanville & Lisa Vanderpump Feud, Plus 7 Other Reality TV Battles
Another day passes and another faux reality TV relationship implodes. Such is the case with Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-stars Brandi Glanville and Lisa Vanderpump. Glanville accused Vanderpump of hiring the mistress of her ex Eddie Cibrian to start trouble, and threw the latest jab in the battle by claiming that "I fed that bitch." Ouch.
Fortunately for the sake of our addiction to televised train wrecks, they aren't the only ones out for blood. Here are seven other nasty battles that played out on reality TV.
Kim Zolciak vs. NeNe Leakes
These two Atlanta housewives put the “F” in frenemy. During the bus ride from hell, Leakes accused Zolciak of treating assistant Sweetie Hughes “like a slave.” Leakes also allegedly attacked Zolciak in a Target parking lot. The pair reportedly made up, and Zolciak even attended Leakes’ second wedding to husband Gregg.
Danielle Staub vs. All the other New Jersey Housewives
Staub has to be one of the most maligning reality stars ever, earning the disdain of each of her cast members. The drama started in season 1 when the other housewives discovered her sordid past in the infamous book, Cop Without a Badge . Co-star Teresa Guidice took the news in the worst way, resulting in the table flip of the century.
Vienna Girardi & Jake Pavelka
On season 14 of The Bachelor , Girardi walked away with a rose and a ring, but her engagement to Pavelka fizzled after only three months when he dumped her by phone. Seemingly, that breakup reignited sparks, but not in a good way. The couple then went on to air all their dirty laundry, which included infidelity, intimacy and trust issues.
'Mob Wives' Drita D'avanzo vs. Karen Gravano
D’avanzo’s mob mentality was tested when she was attacked by co-star Gravano and her cousin. The fight left D’avanzo with a nasty shiner and an equally bruised ego. But the best thing about this brawl? We got to meet Big Ang.
Nicki Minaj & Mariah Carey
We still don’t know if this battle was strictly for TV, but because of it, American Idol will never be the same. Minaj and Carey dished out just as much attitude to one another as they did helpful music advice to the contestants. And things only got worse when Barbara Walters chimed in.
Pumkin & New York
I sure do miss Flavor of Love. When Pumkin spit on New York, it made for one of the realest reality TV exits ever. Time slowed down (at least according to Flavor Flav’s clock) long enough for New York to remove her shoes and go for Pumkin’s jugular–literally.
