What You Should Be Jealous You've Missed At SXSW So Far
So there I was, just innocently scrolling through twitter today, quickly scrolling past any that seem like they'd be True Detective spoilers — and there it was. From parody account Sad Buzzfeed: "CONFIRMED: Everyone In The Entire World Is Having A Great Time At #SXSW, No One Has Noticed You Aren't There." Why you gotta play me like that, Sad Buzzfeed? Why you gotta go and remind me I'm not in the same place as Mindy Kaling or privvy to drop-ins by Edward Snowden? I really wanna bump into Sasheer Zamata one day, but that's not likely to happen this week because she's off in Austin telling stories about Lorne Michaels to other people. Fine. I'll just have to live vicariously.
Sasheer Zamata Told A Great Lorne Michaels Story
Basically her mom embarrassed her in front of Lorne Michaels by telling him what we’ve all been thinking, which is that he’s lucky to have her.
Edward Snowden Spoke
No, he was not physically there. But if you’re interested in that particular kind of political intrigue, you should probably be a little bummed you weren’t in that room watching him, even if it was by video conference.
The 'Veronica Mars' Movie Premiere
What I wouldn’t give to be a part of that selfie. Or just to be that camera.
Foooooooood
Not that we can’t have that wherever we are. But, like, you might get to eat it next to Jason Ritter.

A Talk By Lena Dunham
Her first movie, Tiny Furniture, premiered at SXSW in 2010, where it won Best Narrative Feature. It also had the direct result of Judd Apatow emailing her, which had the direct result of the creation of HBO’s Girls. So we’d say Dunham knows a thing or two about how to work SXSW.
