We know that Ludacris fathered a baby by another woman, but the mother of his newest child isn't going along with the "all is forgiven" mantra. The rapper says the public dispute is ruining his reputation and has asked a judge to nix public access to the ongoing custody battle. Unfortunately, Luda isn't the only celebrity embroiled in child-custody chaos. These other infamous celebrity custody battles could make for one hell of an extended episode of Maury or Dr. Phil.
Halle Berry & Gabriel Aubry
A brutal Thanksgiving Day blowup turned physical between Berry’s then-fiancé Olivier Martinez and her ex Gabriel Aubry, after a judge denied Berry’s request to move her daughter Nahla to France. Ultimately, Berry settled on having her wedding there, when she said “I do” to Martinez in July of 2013.

Late last year, instead of yelling “Cabs are here!” a Hooters waitress let Jersey Shore reality star Pauly D know that a baby was here. When Pauly D learned he’d fathered a baby girl, he swiftly made plans to file for primary custody. Unfortunately, as late as January, Pauly D learned his daughter’s mother wasn’t DTV–Down to Visit, when she refused to let him see his baby girl for the holidays.

After public accusations and multiple court hearings, Wade’s ex took the streets of Chicago to voice her disgust with the court system. Ultimately, the Miami Heat star was awarded sole custody of the couple’s two sons and is currently planning his wedding to actress Gabrielle Union.
