Set a reminder in your phone for Thursday, July 21 at 3 p.m. ET/12 p.m PT. That's when these babies will make their debut via the ColourPop site. The L.A.-based indie brand confirmed the on-sale date and time on its official Snapchat, giving ColourPoppers sufficient time to prepare.
