On Saint Laurent's Fall 2014 Runway, Hedi Slimane Goes Mod
Hedi Slimane sent an army of 21st century Edie Sedgwicks down the Saint Laurent Fall 2014 runway in Paris, proving that some pop culture princesses never go out of style. Mod has been done over a thousand times, but what can we say? We're a sucker for the effervescence of a sequined mini, door-knocker earrings, and an oversized coat. There's a reason Edie lives on Warhol's most iconic muse. Would the Superstar herself be proud of Slimane's work? We'd like to think so.

Rockstar Edie. So this might be more Edie Campbell than Sedgwick, but we think the the original Edie would eat up the sleeveless vest/studded boots combo.

Noir Edie. Because all black is still as edgy as it gets.
