Luke Is The Total Package, But JoJo Won't Pick Him

I'm not gonna lie. I'm actually pretty nervous for JoJo Fletcher. She keeps telling us that she typically falls for bad boys on The Bachelorette, and I'm afraid that is what she is going to end up doing again. Unless the editing is deceiving, it looks like JoJo is going to pick Jordan Rodgers in the finale, and I just cannot help being skeptical of that decision — no matter how hot he is. On the other hand, I think that Luke Pell is the total package and JoJo should pick him, but I sadly don't think she's going to. If only she had me on as some sort of adviser while they were filming the show!

Even Chris Harrison brought up Luke's name during an interview with Yahoo! when he was asked about which contestants to keep an eye on before the season began. The Bachelorette host said, "He is the the whole package. He might be too perfect on paper but not add up in real life." He is definitely right about the first part of that statement, but the second half makes me think that JoJo is not giving Luke that final rose at the end of the season. And that's upsetting because at this point he really seems like her best option, especially with some of the shadiness that has been hinted at on the show when it comes to both Robby and Jordan.

I feel like JoJo sees the good in Luke, but it just doesn't seem like it's going to be enough to sway her when it seems like she is all about "bad boys."

Luke is a nice guy with manners who, like JoJo, is from Texas. So if she did pick him that wouldn't have to be a too much of a transition for them when they get to start dating in real life. Luke is also one of the only dudes on the show who doesn't have any shadiness associated with him. He really seems like a genuine guy and his military background is impressive and says a lot about his character.

As Harrison said, Luke does look good on paper, but things also do seem to be going well between he and JoJo. She is always talking about how attractive he is and how there is so much passion between them. So I really don't get why she wouldn't pick a guy who treats her well and is actually the total package, but it just seems like she has so much enthusiasm for Jordan and he is clearly her favorite.

If JoJo was so into Ben Higgins and loved being in love with someone who is actually a nice person then she should really stick with that and pick Luke at the end. Do I think that she is going to? No, but at this point all we can do is hope that she comes to her senses.
