This season on The Bachelorette, there's an eclectic group of men vying for JoJo Fletcher's heart. As different as some of them seem, a bunch of them have one city in common: Nashville. But they aren't the first Bachelor and Bachelorette contestants that live in Nashville or have some kind of connection to the city. Evan, Wells, Jordan, Luke, and James F. each claim the place known as Music City as their current home, according to WKRN and their respective Twitter bios. I think JoJo may have a type and it's the kind of guy who lives in the Tennessee capitol.
Wells is radio DJ in the city, Evan is a pastor and erectile dysfunction specialist, and Jordan is famously a former football player who once played for Nashville's own Vanderbilt University, according to their official ABC bios. WKRN reports that James F. is a boxing club owner and, according to Wetpaint, Luke is a war veteran who now calls Nashville his home. To say that Music City is represented on this season of The Bachelorette would be an understatement — the Tennessee city is taking over the journey to win JoJo's love.
Here are some more Bachelor and Bachelorette folks who have lived in Nashville.
Ron Worrell
This Music City stud exited Andi Dorfman's season early after the death of a close friend. Since then, he was voted as one of Nashville Lifestyle 's most eligible singles in 2015, but as of 2016, Worrell's Instagram account lists Atlanta as his home.
Daniel Finney
The fashion/furniture designer from Nashville got cut in the second week of Kaitlyn Bristowe's season, but according to his Instagram account, Finney is still doing woodworking in the Tennessee city.
Brady Troops
Remember when Brady valiantly quit The Bachelorette to pursue Britt Nilsson rather than Kaitlyn Bristowe? Brady and Britt dated for a bit, but then broke up due to the distance between her home in Los Angeles and his in Nashville, where he's pursuing a music career. His latest photo is one of himself at the Bonaroo Music Festival in nearby Manchester, Tennessee.
Kyshawn
During Charlie O'Connell's season, the Nashville bartender only lasted one week before getting eliminated.
Ty Brown
After Ali Fedotowsky cast off this Music City medical salesman, he married with Elizabeth Kitt from Jake Pevelka's season in 2014, according to US Weekly, and they've bought a house in Nashville. It's match made across Bachelor Nation.
Sarah Stone
The Nashville kindergarten teacher's Bachelor relationship with Dr. Travis Stork ended soon after they taped the finale. According to Popsugar, Stone remains in Music City, but now she's a real estate agent who is married with two children.
Jade Beazley
The Nashville boutique salesperson got eliminated in the fourth week of Brad Womack's season in which he picked no one.
Megan Bell
The Tennessee makeup artist quit during Chris Soules' season, because “when you know, you know,” she told Good Morning America.
Carly Waddell
The Nashvillian cruise ship singer from Soules' season looks to still be living in Tennessee, according to her Instagram account.
Judging by this list, it seems like the connection between The Bachelor, The Bachelorette, and the city of Nashville is a strong one.
