The Yeezy Boost 750s Cost How Much?

by Amy Sciarretto

Saturday is a maj day in the sneaker world. Kanye West's Yeezy Boost 750s —the grey suede version with the front strap and gum sole— go on sale on Saturday, June 11. What's new or different about these kicks, which West's wife Kim Kardashian teased a few weeks back? Well, the gum sole glows in the dark, so there's that. These urban chic, athletic trainer-meets-bootie shoes are seriously sought-after. But the addition of a glow-in-the-dark sole gives these sneaks more of a fun feel. If you want to try and cop these kicks, you need to map out a gameplan in advance, which includes figuring out how you will pay for them and how they will impact your wallet. How much are the Yeezy Boost 750s?

Well, they will set you back $350, according to multiple sources, including Kicks on Fire and GQ. Depending on your personal budget and perspective, it's up to you regarding much you want to shell out for sneakers. The Yeezy Boost 750s are cray popular and hard to obtain. If you do get a pair, you luck out. So the fact that the Boost 750s are a fashion status symbol make them worth the spend.

They are also versatile — you could wear them with leggings, skinny jeans, boyfriend jeans, a dress, whatever.

That also makes them a "go to" shoe for summer, reducing the cost-per-wear to a nominal level. Plus, you will probably wear the deep into the fall. That would make the shoes both renewable and an investment staple in your wardrobe.

Lastly, consider that these tough-to-get shoes will likely sell for a much higher price via third party sites. So, if you do grab them for $350, it'd be a steal, relatively speaking.

Bustle reached out to Adidas reps to confirm the $350 price of the new grey/gum Yeezy Boost 750s. We'll let you know if and when we hear back.

In the meantime, if you covet these kicks, then you should sign up for updates about their status and where/how to shop them. It won't be easy, yo!
