Wait, Is This 'PLL' Season 7 Poster A Spoiler?
Spencer, Emily, Aria, and Hanna may have dealt with their fair share of drama (including, but not limited to near-death experiences and false imprisonment) but the one thing that was a constant in their lives (other than A) was that they always could count on one another. Could Season 7 be the first time that the Liars won't be fighting the A Team together? The new poster for Season 7 of Pretty Little Liars certainly suggests it, as — gulp — Hanna isn't featured on the new PLL poster. Instead, the new poster features Ali, Emily, Spencer and Aria in a police lineup (while wearing very fashionable black attire) accompanied by the tagline "How far will they go to #SaveHanna?" Given that Hanna was kidnapped by Uber A in the Season 6 finale, that's definitely not a good sign. Did PLL really kill Hanna off?!
Anything is possible on this show, but I'm willing to bet that while Hanna does need saving, she doesn't need funeral arrangements to be made. Season 7 could be the very last season of Pretty Little Liars , and killing off a main character in such an unceremonious way definitely doesn't seem like a thing a show built on the friendship between the Liars would do. Still, it's very possible that Hanna's kidnapping is going to last a lot longer than fans might expect. Hanna might survive the season, but there's a chance that the Liars could presume she's dead.
It wouldn't be the first time that A tricked the Liars into thinking someone had died. Mona was in Charlotte's diabolical dollhouse for months, but Charlotte made it look like she was dead. There's no reason why the new Uber A couldn't be planning the same thing with Hanna. We know that Uber A has hold of the Liar, and that the new promo for Season 7 shows a blonde hanging from the ropes in the bell tower. Could Uber A trick the Liars into thinking that he or she already killed Hanna, but actually be keeping her in a dollhouse-like location? The fact that Hanna's missing from the poster certainly seems to hint that she won't be a part of the core action for a while, and that would be a logical explanation that still keeps Hanna a live.
Even if the Liars do think Hanna's dead, it hopefully won't be for long. These Liars need to reunite ASAP.
