'The Bachelorette's Evan Keeps His Kids Private

JoJo's fist night in the mansion on The Bachelorette was pretty eventful. Some of the guys made some seriously head-scratching choices when it came time for first impressions, while others got rowdy after drinking all night. Luckily, she was able to whittle the group down to a group of solid choices, including The Bachelorette contestant Evan Bass. Though it wasn't mentioned until the second episode of The Bachelorette , Evan has three kids. It's always interesting to me when parents come on the show because it brings a lot of reality into the mix. And if there is one thing I have learned about Evan from combing through his social media, it's that he is a protective father who puts his kids' privacy first.

That's right, Evan does not generally share photos of his children on his social media. I'm sure some people are clutching their pearls and gasping if they're used to seeing adorable photos of their friends' children in their newsfeeds everyday, but Evan has every right to keep his kids' identities private, especially since he's now in the public eye. I think he made a thoughtful choice in doing so, which leads me to believe he may be a pretty thoughtful guy in general. His kids are obviously immensely important to him, and hopefully if he and JoJo hit it off, she will be ready to take on such a serious role as a potential stepmother to three children.

And while you won't usually see his kids on his social media, Evan posts about plenty of other aspects of his life, allowing viewers to learn more about him.

His Job Is Interesting

Evan is an erectile dysfunction expert and it's clear that he's very dedicated to helping his patients.

He's A Serious Businessman

Evan's Instagram account states that he is a "Serial Entrepreneur." There are multiple examples of his business success throughout his social media and he looks like he truly loves what he does. Also, he has a photo with Daymond John from Shark Tank, which is pretty much the apex of business awesomeness.

He's Adventurous

Evan has gone on some pretty awesome adventures. I don't think many people can say that they have tried flyboarding.

He's Musical

Hopefully we'll get to see him make some music for JoJo this season.

Even without sharing many photos with his kids, these posts make it clear that Evan is a well-rounded, intelligent, caring guy, and I hope that as JoJo gets to know him, she sees those sides of him too.
