Congrats! Miss USA 2016 has been crowned and she is quite the stunner. Her name is Deshauna Barber, she is an Army officer, and she is from Washington, D.C. aka District of Columbia. (Please, no more Steve Harvey jokes.) Miss USA 2016 wore a long-sleeved, sparkling dress that can only be described as a champagne dream. Seriously, though. Miss USA 2016 is #Goals. All sorts of #Goals, in both life and fashion. Now that Miss District of Columbia has been rightfully bestowed with the Miss USA 2016 crown, let's pause to properly and adequately reflect on the dress that she wore upon winning.
Barber was an elegant queen in her long-sleeved, beaded, and sparkly dress, which had a fringed bottom. The newly coronated Miss USA wore a gleaming gown by Diane & Company, as revealed by Barber's personal Instagram.
The dress was timeless. Actually, make that classic. The frock was also heightened by Barber's natural beauty and her effortless confidence. From her speeches to her strut, she exuded immeasurable poise and grace, and was clearly comfortable in her skin. No wonder she won and she looked flawless while grabbing that coveted crown.
