This Rihanna Puma Creeper Dupe Is Really Cute

by Amy Sciarretto

Are you still bummed about missing out on the latest drop of Rihanna Puma Creepers, which sold out in 35 minutes? Well, I have a stylish consolation prize which should help take the sting off after being shut out from purchasing these snazzy flatforms. The Creepers epitomize urban chic and Steve Madden's Holllly —yes, there are four "Ls" in the name— sneakers are a suitable dupe for the Rihanna Creepers. They are a worthwhile addition to your closet and sneaker collection. They boast that thick, tan gumsole and come in similar colorways.

I literally stumbled upon the Madden edition of the Creepers at one of the brand's boutiques during a quick trip to the Garden State Plaza Mall in Paramus, N.J. last week. Earlier that morning, I giddily scooped up two pairs of the all-black, $140 Puma Creepers as soon as they went on sale at the Puma site. Still, I shelled out another $90 on a pair of the black Hollllys because they had the tan sole and I figured I could schlep around in these, because they are as cute as their much-hyped peers.

The Holllly shoe updates the simple and narrow suede sneaker silhouette with a fat, ribbed rubber sole. They aren't too flashy nor are they direct copies of the Puma version.

Here's the super versatile Rihanna x Puma Creepers, in case you need a visual reminder.

They really are a statement shoe.

Holllly comes in camel.

She also comes in black.

And she comes in Bone.

With the Holllly shoe, you get three, neutral, goes-with-anything options if you decide you want a pair of Creepers but don't want to wait for a restock or to deal with the mania and panic that goes along with trying to score a Puma pair.

You can also snag these instead of having to haggle over third party pricing or having to do the requisite research required in order to confirm that the Puma Creepers are legit before opening up your wallet and adding them to your wardrobe.

I bought the black pair of Hollllys and the shoes look cute AF with skinnies and leggings. Because of course they do. I can wait to rock them with a summer dress.
