Wow, what a difference a year makes, huh? At this time in 2015, all the Bachelor in Paradise contestants were gearing up to film the show's second season, and this year, Ashley Salter is loving mommy life, and things couldn't be better! And I see you over there starting to do some math in your head, so let me save you some time and lay things out for you. Based on some digging done by Reality Steve and a cast-wide social media blackout that lasted about three weeks, it looks like Bachelor In Paradise Season 2 filmed from Jun. 2 to Jun. 24, 2015, and pretty much right after that, Ashley got back together with her college sweetheart, Austin Brannen. And since the two of them already had a history together, they didn't waste much time, getting engaged in September 2015, and confirming Ashley's pregnancy in early February 2016.
And now, less than a year after she set out for the shores of Sayulita, Mexico as a single woman, Ashley is reveling in the delights of motherhood with her new son Brooks Hartman Brannen, who was born Apr. 7. And since his birth, Ashley has been sharing proud mommy moments nonstop, from the first shot of her new family...

This little guy has barely been on the planet for a month, and already Ashley has done an incredible job documenting his time here, and her clear happiness at being a mom. So happy for her, and the entire family, and imagine she'll have a much more relaxing time watching the BIP shenanigans go down this season from the comfort of her own couch.
