Everybody relax. The formerly shrouded-in-mystery Tarte x grav3yardgirl collabo revealed itself and then sold out during a quick and limited quantity advance pre-sale. No need for shaking, crying, or gnashing of teeth. The Tarte x grav3yardgirl Swamp Queen Palette is not gone for good. In fact, it's not even officially out yet. Wait, what? Seriously, calm down. You have not been shut out from purchasing this gorgeous face palette, which boasts eyeshadows, blush, and more in shimmering and matte neutrals with the cutest x coolest edgy names and packaging this side of Urban Decay. When can you buy the grav3yardgirl Swamp Queen palette for Tarte?
The answer is tricky and not exact. In her post, grav3yardgirl (real names: Rachel Meyer or Bunny Meyer) assured fans that if they did not nab the $45 palette during the pre-sale, they would be able to soon.
She wrote: "You all will have an opportunity to get one in the coming months." So you can chillax, since the official on-sale is imminent. Bustle reached out to Tarte Cosmetics reps to inquire about the actual release date and any further information. We'll let you know if and when we hear back.
Update: Meyer has confirmed via Instagram that the palette will be restocked on June 6. Woohoo!
In the meantime, let's further observe those pretty, feminine hues that comprise the palette. The shades look wearable in any scenario, work or play.
This is the kind of palette you pack for a trip, as it will meet all of your makeup needs without gobbling up too much precious real estate in your travel bags.
Swatches in the shape of hearts? OMG, could this get any cuter?
The official Tarte Insta post confirmed that the pre-sale sold out. The caption also reveals that the palette will return to the Tarte site in a mere few weeks. It's a good idea to throw a follow to Tarte and to grav3yard girl for further updates and information on the actual legit launch and any additional restocks.
Oh, and BTW, the Tarte x grav3yardgirl collabo includes two separate liquid lipsticks, as well. Yep, there are plenty of good things on the horizon with this partnership.
