Mila Kunis Is A Bad Mom In This New Trailer

A quick glance at Pinterest or the mommy blog du jour suggests one thing: it's hard to keep up with the latest trends in parenthood. It's no wonder that some mothers — whether they have a job outside the home or not — feel the pressure to craft the perfect bake sale cupcake, throw the cutest Frozen birthday party on the block, or pack a edible lunch for their kids that contains zero high fructose corn syrup, gluten, or dairy. The pressure can be enormous, but does it have to be? Mila Kunis' new movie suggests that moms who bend the rules a little have way more fun, and it might be right. The raunchy new Bad Moms red band trailer is here, and it's a hilarious reminder that some moms just want to have fun.

The film actually stars a trio of some seriously hilariously actresses — and real-life moms. Joining Kunis is Kristen Bell as a mom who tries desperately to keep up with the other PTA mothers, and Kathryn Hahn who is more than happy to join Kunis' character on her "bad moms" venture. And though these ladies are mothers, they're not above talking dirty: you definitely will cringe when Anna from Frozen describes the NSFW way she and her husband have sex.

It's awesome that Bad Moms isn't afraid to show that motherhood has a downside, especially when there's so much pressure put on moms to "do it all" in 2016. It's not that the characters in this movie are really bad mothers: they're just trying to balance being moms with being the imperfect human beings that they are. Not every mom can be June Cleaver, and considering she's a fictional character who lives in a black and white, totally boring world, who would even want to be? Bad Moms reminds women that it's totally OK not to always get it right — even if that means bringing store-bought donut holes to the bake sale.
