Beyoncé & Jay Z Are Squashing Breakup Rumors

Since Lemonade dropped last Saturday night, the Beyoncé and Jay Z divorce rumors have never been more prevalent. Of course, in most cases, rumors about celebrity breakups are very rarely true, but after everything we heard and saw in Beyoncé's latest visual album, fans have been given plenty of reasons to think that this could be the beginning of the end of her marriage. But in reality, it actually looks like things might be OK. Over the weekend, Beyoncé and Jay Z were spotted having dinner together in Miami, and by all appearances looked like any other happy couple eating pizza. Maybe everything is good between them after all?!

According to what onlookers told People, the couple looked "sweet, chill, and loving" as they hung out with Queen Bey's mom, Tina Knowles, and some friends at Lucali restaurant. At one point, Jay Z and Beyoncé reportedly even sang along to Marvin Gaye's "Let's Get It On." Yes, this may be a real thing that happened. And no, as far as I know, there is no video evidence. But the important thing here is that it would appear that their marriage is just as good as it's ever been — or at least good enough that they can spend time together with the people in their life and look like they're enjoying each other's company.

Plus, add that to the fact that Jay Z is even hanging out on tour with Beyoncé and it really seems like we have nothing to worry about. Hear that? It's the first breath I've been able to take in a week.

People's source described the night as a "nice, normal dinner with a group of friends," and that's probably exactly what they needed right now. Between Bey kicking off her Formation World Tour and the pure insanity that has happened since Lemonade premiered, I have a feeling that dose of normal life will probably go a long way for them.

As someone who has spent the last week concerned about the fate of one of my favorite Hollywood couples, this news comes as a huge relief. Of course, one dinner out isn't evidence that they're not dealing with any problems, but for now, it's good enough for me. Regardless of how good Becky's hair may be, it seems like not even she can come between the reigning king and queen of music (and basically the world). Becky, bye.
