Kendall Jenner Looks Gorgeous At The Met Gala

Although she shied away from the crazy accessories and out-there silhouettes, Kendall Jenner looked futuristic at the 2016 Met Gala. Strutting her stuff in the cutout gown and looking fierce, she yet again proved that there's no red carpet she can't master. The event might be about the celebration of art, but who needs over-the-top accessories when you could just show off your model good looks instead?

With this year's theme being "Fashion in the Age of Technology," it only makes sense that the social media star would show up looking extra fierce. Of course, she couldn't let her 55.8 million Instagram followers down, especially after earning her very own Vogue mini issue for her impressive web presence alone. What sets her apart is that she makes her own trends instead of just following them, and that's exactly what she did for this year's Met Gala look. While many others showed up wearing silver and channeling robots, Jenner kept it sleek and sophisticated with a webbed gown that was so grown up compared to her past looks. Top that off with some minimalist styling, and you've got an outfit fit for any technological queen.

What really set her look apart was how simple she kept all the other details. While some people are into over-the-top accessories, Jenner went against the grain with nothing but a slicked back ponytail.

Jenner kicked it up a notch with the emerald green Calvin Klein Collection gown in 2015.

She proved that side boob could actually look super chic.

Not to mention her cheek highlight was seriously on point. The rest of her minimalist makeup looked gorgeous as well.
