It looks like Adam Levine will soon be outnumbered in his household, but I have a feeling he's totally fine with it. According to "multiple sources" who spoke with E! News, Levine and Behati Prinsloo are having a girl and the 26-year-old model is reportedly almost five months along in her pregnancy. Apparently, the couple is also selling both of their homes in New York and Los Angeles to move into something more "family-safe." The couple has yet to confirm the baby girl news — Bustle has reached out to their reps for comment, but has not yet heard back — but I do know that the Maroon 5 singer would make a great dad to a baby girl.
For those unaware, The Voice coach revealed he and Prinsloo would soon become parents with a cute Instagram shared in April. Prinsloo also announced on Twitter in April that she bought her first pair of maternity pants. She wrote, "Yup took the plunge. First pair of maternity jeans and it feels so good." As you can imagine, she totally rocks them.
Back to the 37-year-old singer being a fantastic father, clearly, he has a big heart, which is extremely important as a parent. In March 2015, Levine invited a 10-year-old superfan with Down syndrome to a Maroon 5 concert. If he can make a fan's dream come true, just imagine what he'd do for his child. I have a feeling his heart will grow even bigger once he officially becomes a dad.
Plus, when it comes to having a daughter, Levine already has a little bit of experience. Remember that time he showed up on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in October 2015 to surprise a little girl who wanted to marry him? Yes, it's was as adorable as it sounds.
