15 Stars Who Are Celebrating Their First Valentine's Day As A Married Couple
Ahh, Valentine's Day: the "most romantic" (if commercially-created) holiday of the year. This year, we had a ton of celebrities tie the knot — which means that, come Feb. 14, they'll be celebrating their very first Valentine's Day as a married couple. Here are 15 couples who have a very special reason to celebrate this week.

Andy Samberg & Joanna Newsom
Andy Samberg’s new comedy Brooklyn Nine-Nine winning the Golden Globe isn’t the only thing that Andy Samberg will have to celebrate this winter. Samberg married longtime girlfriend Joanna Newsom this past October after five years of dating.
Shenae Grimes & Josh Beech
The former 90210 star married her British model/musician boyfriend in May of last year. Should we expect Shenae to dress in the traditional red-and-pink getups to go with the Valentine’s Day theme? Maybe not. This pint-sized actress forwent traditional colors and married her hubby in a black wedding dress.
Jason Wahler & Ashley Slack
The reformed bad boy of The Hills — who openly spoke about his addiction after Philip Seymour Hoffman’s death this past month — married his girlfriend Ashley Slack this October in Malibu. Here’s to a happy, healthy Valentine’s Day.
Kristin Cavallari & Jay Cutler
Jason Wahler wasn’t the only Hills alum to walk down the aisle in 2013. Cavallari married Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler in June. Kristin is currently pregnant with their second child.
Kelly Clarkson & Brandon Blackstock
The Idol alum will be celebrating her first Valentine’s Day as Brandon Blackstock’s wife come Feb. 14.
Halle Berry & Olivier Martinez
The beautiful celebrity couple wed in France this summer, and welcomed their first child together three months later. Let’s hope they can get a babysitter for Valentine’s Day.
Aaron Paul & Lauren Parsekian
Aaron Paul’s stint as Jesse on Breaking Bad may be over, but his marriage to the CEO of Finding Kind Productions is just beginning. The adorable couple wed in May, where they held a carnival-themed wedding, which John Mayer performed at.
Seth Meyers & Alexi Ashe
Former SNL star wed human rights lawyer Alexi Ashe this past September in front of his buds from the sketch comedy show.
Greg Louganis & Johnny Chaillot
Just in time for the winter Olympics! Former Olympic diver Greg Louganis married his partner Johnny Chaillot this past October.
Kristen Bell & Dax Shepard
The world’s cutest celebrity couple — who welcomed their first child last year — wanted to keep things casual by getting a marriage license and not bothering with a huge ceremony. Though they’ve been together forever, this will be their first Valentine’s Day with that piece of paper. Let’s hope that Dax gives Kristen a sloth for the big day.
Kerry Washington & Nnamdi Asomugha
If you didn’t hear about Kerry Washington’s marriage to the former 49ers player, you’re not alone — her relationship with her now-husband was almost as secretive as Olivia Pope’s is with President Fitz. Though we doubt she’ll talk about her special Valentine’s Day plans, we’re sure this hush-hush couple will do something romantic.
Amber Rose & Wiz Khalifa
Wiz Khalifa married Amber Rose in his beloved hometown of Pittsburgh this past August. According to Amber, she cried during the ceremony because she just loved Wiz too much. We hope that their Valentine’s Day is equally as romantic.
Chad Kroeger & Avril Lavigne
It was a union that launched a thousand jokes on Twitter (and this painful music video) but we can’t help but be happy (we guess?) for Avril and Nickelback’s frontman Chad. The couple got married this past July. Naturally, Avril sported a black wedding dress.
Chrissy Teigen & John Legend
The model and the musician — a match made in heaven. We cannot wait for these two to have children, though they may be so beautiful that it’s painful to look at them. The couple wed in Italy this September.
