Now that we've had a few consecutive days of warmth (crossing my fingers for more), the promise of summer days wean closer and closer, meaning I can finally stash away my winter boots once and for all. Finally, my flip flops, sandals, and cute loafers are taking over my shoe rack, and I couldn't be happier about that. If I have to wear my shearling-lined boots one more time this season, I may scream.

If you happen to live in the Northeast, you know the weather can be...tricky. And dressing for it — even trickier. One day, you may be experiencing sunny, warm days, and the next, it could be rainy and about 10-15 degrees warmer. It's no joke, and it's happened to me at the most inopportune moments. So, when the seasons have actually changed, and I know that warmer days are definitely ahead, I get way too excited.

Loafers. For as long as I can remember, I've always been super into menswear, and nothing borrows a style hint from the boys quite like a cool loafer.
