Does Ivy Park Include Kids Clothing?
Beyoncé is, well, the queen of everything. That’s just fact. But, she’s also the queen of surprising us. I mean, she drops albums with no promotion, releases a new song right before her Super Bowl performance and now, has finally given us a sneak peek at her fabulously fierce activewear. Will the Ivy Park collection include kids’ clothing, though? There’s been no mention of a section for tots just yet, but as I said, ‘Yoncé’s got a way of surprising us. Bustle has reached out to Topshop for confirmation and will update if they respond.
The adorable Blue Ivy does make an appearance in the campaign video for the line all decked-out in Ivy Park gear, just like her kick butt mom. But, is it just a cute mommy and me moment? Or is it actually a clue? Bey does mention having a special connection to the park while pregnant saying, “When it was time for me to give birth, I went back to that park,” in the video. So, I don’t know if it will be part of the April 14th release, but if I had to guess, I’d say a kids’ line is in the works, or at least a couple of pieces in tot-friendly sizes.
However, this could just be custom pieces created especially for Blue Ivy. She’s already the luckiest girl in the world, so she might as well have the wardrobe to match her status, right?
Check out Blue Ivy's cameo in this video. Is 'Yoncé trying to tell us something?
Here's a up-close view of the tiny version of Ivy Park. How cute are these two in their matching headbands? The shirt also bares the brand's logo, though, so maybe a full range will be headed our way, after all.
With sports bras, leggings and more, it'd be great to have the option of dressing your little one to match, especially since the athleisure trend is huge, no matter your age.
You won't have to wait much longer until the line drops, so only time will tell what the Queen B's got up her sleeve.
Knowing Bey, whatever she has planned is sure to be amazing. Because, frankly, she slays.
