Too Faced and Urban Decay are all about the eyeshadow palettes. You can walk into any Sephora or Ulta or browse their respective sites and you'll find no dearth of options and offerings from both major makeup companies. But if you are all about supporting indie or up and coming brands, well, you can do just that on May 25. That's when Jeffree Star Cosmetics is launching Beauty Killer, its first-ever eyeshadow palette. The brand shared a shot of the glossy, hot pink packaging on its official Instagram, noting the palette would be comprised of 10 vegan, cruelty-free, highly pigmented, and long-lasting eyeshadows. Sounds like a (beauty) killer and a keeper, right? Are you wondering where can you buy the Jeffree Star Cosmetics Beauty Killer eyeshadow palette when it goes on sale next month?
Well, here's the deal. Jeffree Star Cosmetics is mostly an e-commerce makeup brand that sells its game changing products on its own platform, with a few small exceptions. Therefore, you can expect to purchase the palette at the Jeffree Star site. Unless, of course, the brand partners with a retailer or another site for some sort of exclusive promotion. That's TBD, though.
However, below is a screen grab of the FAQ on the JSC site, which details where you can shop most of the products.
If that font is too small, it basically says that shoppers can purchase the entire line and even some exclusive shades on the official site. There is a brick and mortar store option in California and an online option for UK customers. But other than that, the Jeffree Star Cosmetics site is your one stop shop! So it's safe to assume the palette will be available on the site's store.
Don't you love the glossy pink case and the black script font? The packaging is stunning. However, it's not enough. I need a peek of what's inside and to get an idea of the actual shadow shades contained within so I can start thinking of which looks I want to create with them. Come on, Jeffree Star. I am begging you to share and overshare some pics!
I will say this, though. Since JSC's mega matte Velour Liquid Lipsticks are so color-saturated and are sold out as often as Kylie Lip Kits, I expect the same for its first-ever shadow palette. My friend Reena tipped me off to the brand's liquid lippies earlier this year and they are gorge IRL.

Until now, JSC had been super lip focused, selling the aforementioned lipsticks and the Velour Lip Scrub. If you are going to do a precise, defined, and supremely matte lip, you need smooth, exfoliated pout. Flaky, chapped puckers need not apply.
Two new products — Skin Frost and Lip Ammunition— are listed as "coming soon" on the official JSC site. Star and Manny MUA showed off a sneak peak of Skin Frost highlighting powders in the pic posted above.
The Velour liquid lippies are no joke! The company even purchased a liquid lipstick machine so that it can speed the replenishment process along and therefore deliver products to the fans in faster fashion.
It appears that Jeffree Star Cosmetics is doing all the right things —launching new products, buying equipment to enhance production— in order to advance the brand and to push it up the makeup food chain. I'll be here, ready to shop!
The extra fabulous, always glittery Jeffree Star, who is a musician and a onetime Myspace celeb that reinvented himself in the YouTube makeup tutorial space, has amassed a diehard, cult customer base with his Velour Liquid Lipsticks. It's pretty much a foregone conclusion that he is about to deepen that connection with the Beauty Killer palette.
