While major brands like Too Faced and Urban Decay have cornered the market on eyeshadow palettes, there's a fab indie brand that is crashing the palette party. Jeffree Star Cosmetics is launching its first-ever eyeshadow palette this spring. It's called Beauty Killer and I am pretty sure that I am already in love with it. The brand's Velour Liquid Lipsticks are amazing mega mattes that are often as sold out as Kylie Lip Kits, indicating that the company has a dedicated, cult following. But as for this upcoming eyeshadow palette? JSC shared a shot of the hot pink packaging on its official Instagram. I have no doubt that what's inside will be equally showstopping. When is the Jeffree Star Cosmetics Beauty Killer eyeshadow palette available?
Mark your calendars for May 25, makeup mavens! That's when the Beauty Killer palette will go on sale. What a wonderful way to kick off the summer, right? In the caption, the brand confirmed that the palette will boast 10 pans of shadow that are vegan and highly pigmented. Since JSC liquid lippies are so color-saturated, I expect the same for the first-ever shadow palette.
Are you ready to observe the Jeffree Star Cosmetics Beauty Killer palette? Yes, you are.
OMG, right?? The pink packaging is so sweet, thanks to the pink color, and so edgy, thanks to the black script font.
Right now, Jeffree Star Cosmetics is an e-commerce brand lead by the extra fabulous and super glittery Jeffree Star, who is a musician and onetime Myspace celeb that reinvented himself in the YouTube makeup tutorial space.
The company currently focuses on lips — the aforementioned lipsticks and the Velour Lip Scrub. That makes sense, since if you are going to rock a precise, defined, and supremely matte lip, you need to have healthy, smooth, and exfoliated lips. Ain't got no time for a flaky, chapped pout.
Two products — Skin Frost and Lip Ammunition— are listed as coming soon on the official JSC site. Star and Manny MUA showed off a sneak peak of Skin Frost highlighting powders in the pic posted above.
You should totally poke around the JSC site to check out the amazing liquid lipsticks, most of which are awaiting a restock.
Star even noted in an Insta post that the company bought a machine to hasten the replenishment process and get products in fan hands more quickly and efficiently.
Clearly, the matte lip trend is here to stay and Jeffree Star Cosmetics has that on lockdown. Now the brand will slay with a palette.
