Team Christina Is The One To Beat On 'The Voice'
And that's a wrap! The Voice Season 15 Knockout Rounds are over, but not until all of the teams were full. That happened for Christina Aguilera when her final pairing, Kata Hay and Joe Maye, took the stage. The Team Christina contestants closed out the night with quite the battle, but only one could take the final spot on their coach's team — and that was Hay. The country spitfire, who most notably "made out" with Aguilera in the Blind Auditions, won over her coach's heart once again and secured a spot on Team Christina. Hay was just the final audition to Aguilera's rockstar team. Aguilera came into this season saying that it was hers for the taking, and with the team she's put together, she might just be right.
Aguilera's Season 15 team may just be the most talented group of people in the show's history. With two former childstars and decades of experience, Team Christina is bursting with talent. The best part? Each team member has something different to offer.
First, let's look at the girls. Hay, who took Team Christina's final spot, is the team's resident country singer. But she's not just any country singer — she has a gritty rock sound to her voice that really shines. This quality, paired with her charming personality, will help Hay beat out the other country talent in this game. Alisan Porter, who you may know as Curly Sue , has a unique tone and power to her voice that is unlike anything else we've heard on this season. Her sound mixed with her drive will help her stay in this competition week after week. Finally, there's Tamar Davis. Davis boasts the most impressive resume of the season and the proof is in her voice. She's a powerhouse that calls to mind the greats, like Whitney Houston. Unless something major goes wrong over the next few weeks, she'll be here for a very long time.
Now it's time for the guys. Ryan Quinn has a pure talent that is extremely captivating — his voice demands attention. If that weren't enough, his touching backstory and boyish charm is sure to win over fans everywhere. And last but certainly not least is Bryan Bautista. Bautista has the sex appeal and sultry talent that has fans begging for more. His cool guy persona mixed with his crazy talent will keep the votes coming in week after week.
Aguilera has truly compiled this season's dream team. With such a diverse set of talent, it seems nearly impossible for any of the other teams to take down Team Christina. And I honestly hope that they don't — it's about time a female coach won this game.
