New York Fashion Week Fall 2014 Street Style: Fuzzy Coats Are Everywhere, and We're Very Okay With That

Nishigawa showed off her winter whites with this oversized coat, looking stylish and warm while she snapped her own street style shots outside Lincoln Center.

Kimiko threw an oversized coat over a bright dress with a leather button up sticking out, making vibrant colors work for winter. Her outfit was one of my favorites for its fun, upbeat vibe.

Instead of sticking to neutrals, Twiggy stood out in a blue furry coat that even matched her shades. She gave the look an urban vibe, adding boyfriend jeans, bright pumps, and fun patterns.

Whether this girl had style or warmth on her mind, she definitely rocked the biggest coat of the day. Meanwhile, she showed off her quirky personality with a bright purse, sunglasses, and most notably the cat ears on her hat, which somehow outshined the coat.

If you’re ready to ditch your neutral outerwear, Arielle proves once again that blue is the way to go. Although I couldn’t decide which was more unique between her furry coat and opaque trousers, the bold color definitely made for an interesting, stand out look.

From Alexandra’s checkered dress to her orange beanie and holographic sneakers, this look has a lot going on, but is pulled together by her fuzzy cheetah print coat. Obviously, wearing a bright color isn’t the only way to get noticed.

This fashionista couldn’t even make a phone call without getting noticed for her unique style! Her fuzzy coat is a mixture of red and black, giving it an edgy vibe.

Instead of rocking fur all over, Niko chose a fuzzy coat with sweater sleeves. She paired the neutral piece with bright accessories to make the look more fun.

This has to be the least warm fuzzy coat ever. Cassandra showed off her Cali Girl style with a shrunken coat that matched her navy jumpsuit perfectly. However, it definitely left me shivering for her!
