This Is The Official Post-Breakup Coloring Book

by Emma Lord

We are officially in the dawn of the adult coloring book era, and by virtue of that, there are very few problems that ~coloring yourself calm~ can't fix. Now the movement has outdone itself with this handy coloring book for breakups, aptly dubbed "Have a Nice Life Asshole: Breakup Stress Reliever Adult Coloring Book." And honestly, I can't think of a better, more productive way to handle a breakup than spilling the darkness of your soul out onto these deliciously snarky pages. Your hands will be too busy to text your ex, your brain will be too engaged to think about them, and at the end of it, you'll have some beautifully colored swag. Everybody wins. (Except, of course, your dumb ex.)

This new coloring book comes from Creative Collective Designs, right on the heels of the glorious rise of the swear word coloring book trend. True to form, this breakup specific version allows you to vent by coloring in images with words like "GTFO" and "Have fun living with your mother," ensuring that even if you didn't get the last word, you will get to color it in. If we were all good friends, we would stockpile a bunch of these in our apartments right now, because bless our little 20-something hearts, we're all hot messes waiting to happen — and I can't think of a better way to perk heartbroken BFF up faster than presenting them with this.

Have a Nice Life Asshole: Breakup Stress Reliever Adult Coloring Book, $7, Amazon

Here's a preview of the hilarity to come:

This coloring book is not afraid to get SAVAGE, either.

I could see that with some lovely pastel yellows and pinks, personally. But to each their own.

The coloring book is available for purchase on Amazon for $7, and you better believe it's Prime (you never know when someone in the squad is going to have a breakup emergency!). If anybody needs me, I'll be very busy breaking up with my imaginary boyfriend so I have an excuse to have this express delivered to my apartment, stat. Keep calm and color on, y'all!
