March 17 isn't just St. Patrick's Day, but it is also the time to celebrate Rob Kardashian's birthday. And that's exactly what the former star of Keeping Up With the Kardashians' mom is doing. Kris Jenner wished Rob Kardashian a happy birthday with an extremely heartfelt Instagram post Thursday. Alongside a dapper photo of Rob in a tux, Kris wrote:
Happy Birthday Rob!! God blessed me beyond measure the day you were born. You are the most amazing man who is kind, funny, smart and you have the best heart. You are beautiful inside and out and have brought so much joy into my life. Thank you for being the best son a Mom could ever dream of...I love you soooo much @robkardashian and I'm so proud of you. Mommy #blessed#love #happybirthdayrob
Of course, Kris will forever love and care about her only son. Plus, despite all of their ups and downs, there is never a moment she hasn't been proud of him. Her birthday message speaks volumes, and it seems to me she's saying she's proud of how far Rob has come over the past few years.
It's no secret that Rob's been out of the spotlight for quite a while now. Due to reportedly struggling with depression and dealing with self image issues Rob chose to remove himself not only from his family's E! reality series, but also from the public eye. As showcased on KUWTK, it was something the family struggled with, especially his mom. On more than one occasion, she was filmed crying over her son's situation, and rightfully so. She was worried for his health to the point that she even thought he might die.
Well, as of March 2016, it sure seems like Rob is doing much better and is living a happy life. He's been posting more on Instagram, being seen out in public more and more, and is even dating Blac Chyna. Plus, Rob celebrated his birthday with Chyna and her son, King Cairo, by visiting California Legoland. It's great to see the now 29-year-old having fun and walking around with smile on his face.
Why wouldn't Kris be happy about all of that? Rob's birthday is truly something to be celebrated and I can't blame Kris for praising him on his special day.
