He tells me, "Retinol, or vitamin A is one of the most well known treatments against the aging process and acne ... It also has the ability to pump up circulation, making your skin look healthier."

So how does it work? Dr. Bank explained, "Retinoids are great exfoliators, they help remove any dead skin cells that could potentially clog pores that cause acne flare ups ...
