Get Ready To Be Disappointed In 'Bachelor' Ben

When this season of The Bachelor began, I was super excited to see Ben Higgins find love. From his time on The Bachelorette, I felt like he was a sweet, obviously good looking guy who was pretty genuine about his feelings. What's not to like? But on last week's fantasy suite dates, seeing Ben tell both Lauren and JoJo that he loves them was not cool, especially because that means one of them is going to end up blindsided. And, at the end of Monday's Women Tell All special, a promo for the finale aired that makes him look even worse. Who is in the bathroom with Ben on The Bachelor finale? Whoever she is, my heart is already breaking for her.

In the clip, cameras filming from outside of a bathroom are overhearing what has to be a really painful conversation between Ben and one of his final two women. Whoever the woman is tells Ben she needs something more from him, and he tells her that he's in love with her... only to admit that, yeah, he loves someone else, too. Not Ben's most shining moment, not by a long shot. How is this happening?!

From the voice alone, it sounds like JoJo — and it sounds like a breakup. And since he's been open about the fact that he's now engaged, knowing he does propose to someone at the end of all this instead of walking away because he thinks he's in love with two women at the same time is definitely giving me mixed feelings. I'm not sure that's a good thing, but for the sake of his new relationship, I hope he's fully committed to the woman he did choose, regardless of any feelings he did have when the finale was filmed.

No matter what happens, it's going to be difficult to watch — especially if Ben's tears are any indication. Buckle up for next week's episode. It's going to be an emotional roller coaster!
