Lana Del Rey has the ability to sing some of the most coolest, most glamorously gloomy songs we've ever heard, so we're delighted with this happy news. On Friday, Us Weekly reported that Lana Del Rey is secretly engaged to Barrie-James O'Neill, her boyfriend — and has been for quite awhile. The "Once Upon a Dream" singer reportedly got engaged to O'Neill last summer. O'Neill is a singer as well, and plays in Kassidy, a Scottish band.

The duo reportedly began dating three years ago, and were photographed house-hunting in LA with Del Rey sporting a diamond ring on her ring finger. I'm honestly a little shocked about the diamond ring — she doesn't strike me as a traditional girl. I could see her as more of a gothic emerald type, no?

If this rumor is true, it may also mean that "Summertime Sadness," "Young and Beautiful" and all of her other songs that made us feel like taking a hot bath, drinking red wine and contemplating old relationships is a lie! Del Rey also told the outlet in a separate article that love inspired "Off to the Races."

"When I found somebody who I fell in love with, it made me feel different than I felt the rest of the day. It was electrifying. That's what inspired the 'Off to the Races' melodies," Del Rey says. "That's one of the times when you're feeling electrified by someone else and they make you happy to be alive."

Also, if she is walking down the aisle soon, we can only imagine what Del Rey's wedding Pinterest board would look like. Would she have dark, unique dress? Go a little gothic like Avril Lavigne, Ashlee Simson and Shanna Moakler did? Have a couture designer make her something gorgeous? She does run in high-fashion circles, after all. Whatever it is will be brooding and brilliant, I'm sure.
