11 Jeans From The Early '00s You Would Burn Now
Bright colors, aggressive patterns, and some seriously unusual denim defined early '00s style. To prove how far we've come since those early days of the new millennium, I’ve pulled together jeans from the early '00s that you loved then and would burn now. Or, hang onto them for twenty more years because the trends are bound to come back eventually, right?
As a '00s tween, the Limited Too catalog was essentially my fashion Bible growing up. I knew I anything the color-coordinating models with giant smiles had on belonged in my closet and I would save up every bit of allowance to make that happen. Looking back, did I really need all those camo denim pants and sparkly newsboy hats? Probably not.
Even if Limited Too and its magical denim offerings weren’t your thing, you’ll still recognize plenty of the pairs below. This glorious list also includes oodles of jeans from other “trendy” places of the early 2000s like Mudd and Aeropostale.
And hey, even if your jeans choices in the early '00s make you want to cry now, I’m willing to bet you had some epic memories in them. So scroll on, feel the nostalgia feels, and then set flame to any of them still hiding in your closet.
