Here's Your First Look At The Yeezy 1050s

This is not a drill, folks: Kanye West revealed the Yeezy 1050s on Twitter and it looks like they will make their debut at New York Fashion Week. The rapper and designer is currently doing fittings for the Yeezy Season 3 show at Madison Square Garden and giving previews of some items from the much anticipated collection. But after sharing a couple of photos of clothing from his latest line, West snuck in the announcement of the new Yeezy 1050s.

From the looks of it, the 1050s are a return to boots and not sneakers, unlike his highly in-demand Yeezy Boost 350 line. The latest line seem to follow in the footsteps (pun intended) of the Yeezy 950 duck boot, which was released last year. Based on the photos that West shared at the fitting, the 1050s come in a range of colors: black and purple, tan and pink, and gray and brown. In another, close-up shot of one of the boots, the rapper mentioned that the 1050s are waterproof. Aside from the revelation of his new shoe line, West also teased photos of Yeezy Season 3 looks. One outfit in particular, a distressed sweater and fringe skirt, is allegedly for his wife Kim Kardashian to wear to NYFW.

"It was always a dream to show my collection at Madison Square Garden," West said. "On February 11th these dreams come true." The Season 3 collection will be available online at yeezy.supply.

The excitement is definitely building for Yeezy Season 3, but the announcement of the 1050s just makes it even more exciting.
