These Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipes Are Spicy Heaven

by Kathryn Kattalia

The reason I go to any party is usually for the food, but the reason I go to Super Bowl parties in particular is for the amazing spread of buffalo chicken dip recipes. Uh, can you blame me? Put a bowl of spicy, creamy, buffalo chicken queso in front of me with a huge bag of chips, and then check back in three or four hours later when the game is over. I'll just be over here in the corner munching.

Honestly, it's a small wonder that people manage to pay attention to the game at all during the Super Bowl, considering the real excitement is happening at the buffet table. From hearty Super Bowl chili recipes to ridiculously easy finger foods and pretty much anything covered in bacon, I would argue that football fare is way more enticing than anything you'll find at other food-centric events and holidays. Take Thanksgiving, for instance. Why would you spend all day basting a turkey no one really cares about anyway when you could have mac and cheese-stuffed jalapeno poppers, you know?

At any rate, the time has arrived for us to eat like game day champs, and these buffalo chicken dip recipes will show us the way.

Let's start with a classic, shall we? Natasha's Kitchen uses cream cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce to give her chicken dip its velvety texture. Oh, and there's cheese. Lots and lots of cheese.

2. Super Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Dip
