Kat Von D is killing it. The celeb tattooist once again teased a possible Too Faced collaboration on her personal Instagram. Clearly, Kat Von D's Sephora beauty line is ramping up its offerings, as the brand's official IG revealed the new Kat Von D Shade + Light Color Contour Eyeshadow Palettes. There are four separate palettes with four shadows a piece, so they are manageable. The sleek and sculpted black packaging is a total rocker chic x goth chick mashup. The eye makeup looks you can create with these palettes are pretty much innumerable. So when can you get your hands on these killer new Kat Von D eyeshadow palettes?
Well, the good news is that you won't have to wait too, too long. The palettes will be available at Sephora in the spring, according to the IG caption that debuted the black casing. The brand did not yet reveal a hard, official date, so Bustle reached out to reps for comment or confirmation; we'll let you know if and when we hear back.
UPDATE: Reps have confirmed that the eye shadow palettes aka Shade + Light Eye Contour Quads are part of the Summer 2016 collection and are available in April. Each palette contains an illustrated tutorial that provides tips on how to achieve a variety of eye effects using the base, contour, highlight, and define shades. They will be sold at Sephora, Sephora.com, and KatVonDBeauty.com.
All we have to go on is the fact that palettes are coming in April. So that's just two months away. Let's hope it's early April and not late! These are that awesome.

The palettes are vegan and 100 percent cruelty-free. They feature that same triple-milled, highly pigmented, and matte formula that the Kat Von D brand is known for. So of course you can expect major color payoff and you can create endless eye makeup looks with these. I am thinking that I could even cross-pollinate colors from different palettes if I really want to go for edgy and custom.
Hurry up and get here, spring! Kat Von D's makeup collection rarely, if ever, disappoints. I am expecting these eyeshadow palettes to find permanent homes in my makeup bag. The cases are designed to travel well, too. Yeah, they're pretty much perfection.
