Laverne Cox Is A Goddess In Prabal Gurung

The red carpet at this year's SAG Awards was bound to be full of great fashion moments, but I anticipated nobody's look like Laverne Cox's. And boy, she did not disappoint. Laverne Cox stunned at the 2016 SAG Awards in a crimson Prabal Gurung gown, and she couldn't have looked any more gorgeous.

Aside from being a trailblazer for the transgender community, a feminist activist who once hashtag brainstormed with Emma Watson (be still, my heart), and a certifiably damn good actress, the Orange Is The New Black star routinely nails it on the red carpet. Rather than stick to the tried and true, Cox revels in changing up her look, ranging from angelic white gowns to sexy crocodile leather LBDs, so she's a total blast to watch on the red carpet. Her looks are always unexpected but always on point, and this is no exception.

This year Cox looked like a total goddess in a crimson Prabal Gurung column gown, and it highlighted her statuesque figure perfectly. Lorraine Schwartz jewelry and glossy blonde waves topped off the to-die-for ensemble.

I think we can all agree that she is owning this look.

Cox even took the time to share a few GRWM-style snaps on Instagram. Her classic smokey eye and nude lip combo is covetable before it's even complete.

Cox and the rest of the Orange Is The New Black cast is up for an "Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series" award tonight (don't worry — GOT is up for best ensemble in a drama series, so you can rest easy). While we wait for the verdict, let's take a closer look at Cox's look.
