Gwyneth Paltrow's Turtleneck Dress Is So Cozy

Now that we've survived Storm Jonas (shout out to wine, tortilla chips, and both my men Ben & Jerry for keeping me company), winter is definitely here, which means time to bundle up. And Gwyneth Paltrow's sweater dress does just that, especially when layered with a white wool coat. She basically accomplished the impossible: Looking super cool and collected during the winter months.

If you're anything like me, getting dressed in the winter is a challenge, because I have a thing against being cold. Nothing irritates me more than being dressed inappropriately for the weather, so I am always prepared. Which means lots of layers. And while some can effortlessly pull off the long-sleeve, sweater, flannel thing, I pretty much look like a 12 year old boy from the months of November through March.

But, of course Paltrow looks like a goddess in winter wear at the opening night of the FIS Alpine Ski World Cup in Kitzbühel, Austria. Clad in an off-the-shoulder cashmere gown with a semi-train, Paltrow nailed the cozy and cool winter look on the head. She topped her look off with a white wool double breasted coat, giving a nod to my favorite trend of the season: Winter whites. The dress and coat are both Michael Kors collection.

As for her hair, she went with a side part, and super loose waves. Paltrow's semi-tinted lips and lightly blushed cheeks totally completed the cozy look. Who says you can't do a gown in sweater form? Certainly not our girl Gwyneth. Lets join her in the movement, shall we?
