Twitter Reacts Perfectly To Kat Von D X Too Faced
Beauty junkies, brace yourselves. Word on the street is that Kat Von D and Too Faced might be teaming up on a makeup collection, which, if true, is going to be the next biggest makeup obsession second only to Kylie Jenner's Lip Kits. The rumored collaboration is pretty unexpected, seeing as the two brands are so wildly different, but that's exactly why it makes this partnership so exciting. Von D's badass edginess mixed with Too Faced's sweet sass will definitely make for a killer collection of shadows, liners, and lip lacquers that will sell like hotcakes.
While the rumored collaboration has not exactly been confirmed yet, there have been some apparent clues that support the case. The first piece of evidence was introduced about two months ago, when Kat Von D posted an Instagram photo of her signature studded lipstick alongside a heart-shaped Too Faced compact. Sure, she could have just been expressing her fondness for the brand, but her caption and the nature of the photo — her studded kiss lipsticks arranged with a Too Faced heart-shaped blush — seems to be implying something else. Take a look at the photo so you can judge for yourself what it means.
She is got to be hinting at something, right?
If that's not enough to convince you, Too Faced co-founder Jerrod Blandino posted an Instagram photo of himself sitting around a table with the makeup maven, and it looked like they were busy working on some fab makeup products together.
The caption says it all, TBH.
While there hasn't been even a single photo of the product line yet, people are already majorly psyched at the thought of these two brands coming together. The following tweets pretty much sum up everyone's feelings on the supposed Kat Von D X Too Faced partnership.
There's a lot of screaming.
Someone is even crying.
Some fans are already picturing the line in their makeup bags.
This girl is foreshadowing her credit card debt...
And finally just some straight up excitement.
Fingers crossed these rumors are actually true!
