A$AP Rocky's Next Project Is So Stylish

Countless celebrity musicians have tried their hand at fashion design, such as Kanye West with Adidas, Rihanna with Puma, and Courtney Love with Nasty Gal, just to name a few more recent examples, and now there is another name to add to the list. A$AP Rocky is teaming up with GUESS for a clothing line inspired by classic '90s trends, and the tween denim-grunge lover inside me is jumping for joy. It appears history is repeating itself — at least in the fashion world, that is.

You may not be aware, but the rapper is actually no stranger to the fashion industry. He was featured in DKNY's Spring 2014 campaign alongside fashion veterans like Cara Delevingne and Jourdan Dunn, and in 2013 he released a sneaker collaboration for Adidas with Jeremy Scott — not bad, huh? Now he is bringing his signature classic '90s style to the masterminds at GUESS.

The men's and women's collection will include all types of vintage-inspired pieces like light-wash skinny jeans, oversized overalls, pinstriped tee shirts, and a whole lot of denim, Vogue reports. The hip-hop mogul branded the collection with his signature dollar sign mark, changing "GUESS" instead to read "GUE$$" — how clever. You might now be wondering when you can buy this coveted collection. Well, the line hits stores and online on February 15th, but is available for preorder starting January 30th at select stores such as Opening Ceremony.
