All 'RHONJ' Fans Are Wondering These Things
Without fail, before every single season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey airs the last round of reunion episodes, I’m already wondering when the next season will start filming. This is usually because the timeline is just that tight. One week we’re all sitting around talking about who said what to whom on the reunion show, and the next week, the tabloids are chasing these ladies around reporting that they’ve started filming the next season. But, when it comes to The Real Housewives of New Jersey, there has been a little bit of a delay. That’s because their longtime leading lady, Teresa Giudice, kinda got a little sidetracked by the law — and by that, I mean she was serving a prison sentence for over 11 months. But, she's now been released — and with Teresa back in the Garden State, and fans clamoring for information from her on how she’s doing and how she’s changed, I’ve been wondering a lot about the show. More specifically, I have a lot of questions about Season 7 of The Real Housewives Of New Jersey.
There are a number of things I’m dying to know about the next season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. With reports circulating that so-and-so might be coming back and what’s-her-name might be leaving and such-and-such being the date that they start filming, my mind is in a whirl of sequins and mansions.
So I thought it would be best if I just wrote it all out: Every single question I’m dying to know about Season 7 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.
1. Is Teresa Definitely Coming Back?
Sure, there have been rumors that she is — but even Andy Cohen is staying mum on whether or not Giudice is definitely returning.
2. Will We Catch A Glimpse Of Her Ankle Bracelet?
But if she is coming back, Giudice has been relegated to a probationary period at home (house arrest, basically) for two months — so I’m dying to know how she’s going to pull off a skirt and high heels with that thing on.
3. Are There New Housewives?
Because the numbers were getting kind of skimpy. Plus there have been reports that anywhere from one to four new housewives could be joining the ranks of this franchise, but nothing has been confirmed just yet.
4. Is Jacqueline Coming Back For Season 7?
With her cryptic Instagram posts and tweets about Teresa’s release, I’m kind of thinking things are on the mend with these old friends. If it’s true, it might mean Laurita returns to the airwaves, which would be absolutely awesome.
5. Is Teresa A Changed Woman?
She’s been spending all of her time loving her family since her release, but throw an argument or accusation her way, and the tables might start flying.
6. Have They Started Filming?
Some say the cameras started rolling in mid-November, but Bravo isn’t saying for sure just yet whether or not the new season has started.
7. Will They Show Joe Going To Prison?
Joe is set to head to prison to complete his sentence in February, which is most likely right smack dab in the middle of the new season. I’m sure fans would kill to see all of that go down on primetime TV.
8. Is Melissa Going To Bring Up The Fact That She Was Never Allowed To Visit Teresa In Prison?
I thought this was a super awkward part of Teresa Checks In(aka, the special that aired while Teresa was in prison): She never approved her sister-in-law for a visit. Could it have been held up in paperwork? Maybe. But it was also up to Teresa to sign off on any visitors that she approved of. Ten bucks says this could be the first battle of Season 7.
9. Is Dina Coming Back?
Because we all need a little zen in this mix.
10. How Many Times Will Gia Exasperatedly Say “Milania” This Season?
I hope a million. A billion. Seventy gagillion!
11. Will Melissa Bring The Right Kind Of Cookies?
SMH. Again, Melissa? Really?
12. Will Joe Be Deported?
On Teresa Checks In, Giudice’s lawyer discussed whether or not Teresa would come with him if he was deported. And in earnest. It’s still possible that Joe might be sent back to Italy after he is released from prison.
13. How Many Euphemisms Will They Use For The Word “Prison”?
“On vacation.” “Away.” “At work.” The other words for prison are endless in the Giudice family, apparently.
Now if I can just find a way to occupy myself until the new season airs, because, knowing me, I’ll totally lose it and stuff myself with Italian cookies and find myself lost in the middle of Newark.
